Sulley Muntari released by AC Milan as contract cancelled with year left to run

Sulley Muntari has been released from his AC Milan contract by mutual consent, allowing him to find a new club this summer.

Muntari, 30, signed a new two-year deal last summer but made only 16 Serie A appearances for the Rossoneri last season.
