Push For Second Place Hasn’t Died with Napoli Draw Says AC Milan Star Sulley Muntari

AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari is adamant that his side’s draw against Napoli yesterday at the San Siro brought them a crucial point in their race for the top two spot.

Former Arsenal and Marseille man Mathieu Flamini handed the Rossoneri the lead with a shot on target in the 30th minute, but Napoli quickly repsponded with a goal from Goran Pandev to level the scores. From then, both sides would struggle to finish their chances. Despite Flamini being sent off in the 72nd minute, Napoli were not able to capitalise and the game ended with a draw.
