Sulley Muntari has hailed the amazing Kumasi fans

Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari has paid glowing tribute to the Kumasi fans for their massive support during Sunday’s 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The AC Milan ace wore the armband as the Black Stars romped to a 4-0 win at a cramped Baba Yara Stadium.

The fans came out in their numbers despite the heartbreak at the Africa Cup of Nations where the team finished a disappointing fourth.

Muntari lasted 57 minutes on the pitch when the Black Stars were already up by 2-0 courtesy first half goals.
