Sulley Muntari Makes Injury Return

Ghana’s midfielder Sulley Muntari has boosted the Black Stars with his injury return with just five weeks before the start of the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Italy-based player returned to action on Saturday for Inter Milan when they beat Fiorentina 2-0 win in the Serie A.

Muntari came on as a substitute in the 62th minute of the game as he came to replace Philippe Coutinho.

The Inter Milan ace suffered a thigh injury while playing for the Black Stars in a friendly against Gabon in France last month.
