Listen Up – It’s World AIDS Day

Hey,

So… my recovery from my knee injury is all on track. I’m almost back to full fighting fitness and it feels great! The doctors have been fantastic and I am responding well to therapy. Thanks again for all your well wishes, it’s nice to know people are rooting for me out there.

Unfortunately, some people out there are not quite as lucky as me with their health. Giving back to my community in Ghana is something that is massively important to me and my wife Menaye and I are still supporting the Menaye Charity Organization which supports the work of several orphanages in central Ghana, helping to provide food and medication to AIDS infected orphans.

As it’s World AIDS Day today I just wanted to take a second to raise some awareness about the disease and say that if you have a spare moment today, think about those less fortunate and whether there is anything you can do to help.

Peace n respect to you all.
