Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your messages after my injury in Tuesday’s match against Gabon. I want you all to know that I am fine and even went running with my teammates when I returned to Milan on Wednesday.

I have had a number of scans and it looks as if I might have stretched my knee ligament too far and have a second degree tear! I am very positive and most importantly the doctors are saying it’s not serious. I have had my first therapy session today with the doctor at Inter Milan and it went well.

I will continue with therapy and follow the doctor’s instructions because the African Cup of Nations is just around the corner and I need to be in the best of shape to represent my country, Ghana.

I am hoping to be back in action within two weeks by God’s will!

Proud of the entire Ghana squad for the great win!
