African Cup of Nations!

Hey everyone,

With the draw for the African Cup of Nations last week I am now beginning to get really excited for the start of the tournament and the Black Stars’ first match against Botswana on 24 January 2012. I think that a lot will be expected of us in the tournament and we really are determined to go a step further than we did in 2010 when we came in second place.

I can’t wait to get training with the team again and I will put my heart and soul into every game. We have a fantastic manager and a great team so we’ll do our best to make Ghana proud and I really do believe we’re capable of writing our names in the history books.

I won’t be letting my international commitments get in the way of my performance at Inter Milan though. I am keeping my head down and working hard to earn my place in the team. I am dedicated to Inter and have the utmost respect for Claudio Ranieri. I just have to keep proving I am worth a place in the team week in, week out.

Never give up!
